Business Property, Vessels & Aircraft Assessments
To minimize cost and maximize efficiency, the Assessor’s Office is no longer mailing paper statements, only a “Notice to File” will be mailed. Property statements can be downloaded in the Forms section and can be provided via email or mail upon request.
Property owners and agents can file property statements electronically or on paper. Completed statements can be submitted via email to Business Property Division.
Please Email Business Property Division for assessment number and BIN.
Agents filing property statements or requesting information on behalf of clients must provide a current Agent Authorization.
